Having spent 10 years as a soldier in one of the best units in the State of Texas, Delta Co. 902 MP btn, TSG, I must admit that though the body can’t take the pounding it used to I still enjoy the company of Soldiers and doing that Army thing! I recently went back in for a year and was a Battalion XO for a while until the paperwork screwups and Clinton Army Politics made me to leave. Oh, well, cant win them all.
This is an m-4 Sherman Tank on display at a VFW not far from where I live. It is one
Of the the EARLY versions, and probably built in 1943 or earlier. It has a 75mm
Main gun, coax .30 cal, bow .30 cal, and a gasoline engine. It was in pretty good shape
Until it was vandalized about 1985 and damaged inside. Its quite a memorial.

Don’t let this pic fool ya. I was never in Vietnam but I did train with a lot of guys in the
Guard who were. My battalion Commander was a Special Forces Ex. This pic is from a
Movie by Black Fox Productions where me and a lot of other soldiers had bit parts.
